So, I kind of dorked out and pre-ordered this book to arrive on the release day of the board book. My daughter absolutely loves the whole Gossie series. We were excited about this one as we are expecting another baby this summer, and we thought it would be a cute way to introduce the concept of sibling adventurers (and also sibling rivalry!). She loves it just as much as she loves the others... and bonus points for the fact that there's a dog, her other obsession. Anyway, a cute book - somewhat reminiscent of the Gossie & Gertie book. I highly recommend!PS - I totally re-dorked out seeing that the author commented on one of the reviews. Nice to see that he's a down-to-earth, "real" person -- hard to find in this day and age where everything is formulaic and run by giant companies! Pretty cool... Now my only question is, do any of the goslings own a pet? I wonder what that would be...I will stay tuned!

My toddlers (15 and 28 months) really love this series and I don't mind reading them either. They are very simple without being mind numbingly basic or juvenile. Both of my daughter's enjoy being able to name everything in the illustrations and enjoy the simple, but interesting stories. I would highly recommend these to anyone.

My grandsons (4 and 7) and now my granddaughter (2) LOVE the "Duck and Goose" series of books. Gus is much like the Duck and Goose books and did not disappoint. The characters are so cute (both artistically and in print), it's hard to resist them! There is always a message in the books that resonates with little ones. I'd recommend this book for anyone with a toddler!!

Gossie and Gertie and their friends are some of my daughter's favorite characters. I recently got both of my nieces started on the characters and they love them.

A great addition to the gosling books. Love little Gus' independent spirit. He likes to see what big sister is up to and when that gets annoying(to Big Sister) he can explore on his own. Of course, that's when Big Sister gets interested. Sweet sibling story.

This story is adorable. We have several if the Gossie and friends books and this one is our favorite.

Olivier Dunrea books are an absolute favorite among our nephews and nieces! They get a couple more for their birthdays and Christmas each year and always want them read to them as soon as the package is opened.

We loved Gossie and then Gertie! And Peedie and BooBoo and Ollie! And then Gideon was my favorite and now we have sweet little Gus. Just as adorable, just as unique and if you have a little boy who loves turtles: It can't get any better.
